PUT YOUR MLS# OR WEB ID# ON THE SIGN WHEN IT IS SENT TO YOU; EITHER WILL WORK.   IT WILL DIRECT INDIVIDUALS TO YOUR WEB PAGE YOU CREATED AND IT WILL SHOW AGENTS YOUR LISTING IS IN THE MLS AND THAT THEY ARE PROTECTED.
ALSO, IN ACCORDANCE WITH YOUR LISTING AGREEMENT, YOU AGREE TO NOTIFY THE BROKER OF ANY AND ALL CHANGES TO YOUR LISTING  WITHIN 12 HOURS OF ANY CHANGE, ESPECIALLY CHANGES TO THE STATUS OF YOUR LISTING.
