Are you serious about selling your home? Or do you just want to sell your home? These tools I offer you guys are for you to benefit from all the tools I have at my disposal to assist you in selling your home. Virtual tours, multiple photos, community information, etc. are all important to potential home-buyers. If you don't have it and someone else does and they purchase that home because they liked what they saw and did not need to look any further. Not only that, they passed over other listings and went directly to those that provided details and photos. In addition to the virtual tour, upon completion, it will syndicate your listing to a multitude of other sites that are not the MLS and Realtor.com and are popular in the online community.

So I ask you again, are you passing on the offer to give yourself more exposure and above par presentation than the other listings?

Unfortunately, I do not have the Market Snapshot Tool in your area, but I should be able to find someone who does and will provide you with that information.
