I included a slide show in the last email. We forward all call and emails to the seller as soon as possible, no matter where they originate. This is done automatically via our email and phone systems, however, manually when needed.

It is important for you to answer the phone when it rings. Eventually, after so many attempts, agents and buyers will just give up if there is no response.

I tried just a few minutes ago and got no answer, but I did leave a message.
