2011 FORMAT AND STYLE:

AMENDMENTS:

Section One - Land

A new Question 1 has been added relative to lot size and acreage. All questions thereafter have been renumbered.

Section Six - Miscellaneous

Question 30.a relative to commercial or industrial zoning and historic district location has been divided into two questions, thereby creating Question 30.b

Question 37 relative to adverse conditions has been amended to include contaminated drywall/sheetrock.

Mandatory use of the amended Louisiana Residential Property Disclosure Form will become effective on January 1, 2010; however, immediate use is encouraged. See Chapter 36 of the Commission Rules and Regulations for additional information about the use of this form.
